Decorative Coffee Heart Wall Sign with a Coffee Bean Floral Plant Design

-Download file from Atomm or Xtool

-Size image.(Currently set up to fit on two 12 inch x 12 inch acrylic sheets.-1 black 1 white.)

-Enlarge or shrink depending on what dimensions you want.

-Select the material you are using in the drop down.

After sizing image- Decide if you are going to cut everything at once or do the colors separate.(I did them separate.)

-If doing separate ignore the other layer.

White Acrylic has a score and cut. Confirm you have the below settings-

cut at 80/22/1 and Score 15/200/1

Black Acrylic has a cut only. Confirm you have the below settings-

cut at 80/13/1 (I took off bottom sheet and added a double sided adhesive sheet to make assembling easier.)

-Hit preview on the bottom right. Confirm that the White side has the outline cut with the score lines and the black shows it cuts both pieces. See above images.

-If the parameters are correct:

Place material in machine.

Hit the camera to see material and line up the images with the correct material

Hit close-up camera

Hit aimed measure

Hit  process

Hit start

Push button on machine to begin the machine processing

WATCH MATERIAL SINCE IT IS FLAMMABLE! Make sure you have proper ventilation.

After the machine finishes cutting and scoring the acrylic you can remove and assemble:

Remove protective paper sheet.

Remove paper on the bottom side that has the adhesive.

Connect the piece to the white back piece. (if you did not use the adhesive glue them to the white background.)

Add a cord to the top for hanging.
