Description

Turn any cruise into a keepsake fridge magnet. Choose the cruise line, embarkation date and ship. The generator loads that season's typical itinerary and draws the map: the route follows the sea around coastlines, and every port gets a numbered marker and its date. Edit the days to match your booking, pick a shape and style, then export a true-size print, a height map for raised UV texture and a cut line.

Any ship, any year
- 22 cruise lines and 345 ships, each listed for the years it actually sailed. Pick a date in 1979 or 2026 and the ship list follows.
- About 200 typical itineraries, from Caribbean, Bahamas, Alaska, Mexico, Hawaii and Bermuda to the Mediterranean, Greek Isles, Northern Europe, Norway, Iceland, transatlantic and the South Pacific.
- Classic trips back to the 1970s: SS Norway, QE2 transatlantic crossings, the Big Red Boat, the Pacific Princess on the Mexican Riviera, and classic Baltic routes.
- All four Virgin Voyages ships (Scarlet, Valiant, Resilient and Brilliant Lady), including sailings from San Juan, Puerto Rico.
- Choose a ship and its own routes for that season come first. "Departs from" narrows the list to one home port.
- Port names follow history, so CocoCay becomes Perfect Day at CocoCay from 2019.
- More than 520 ports. Add ports or sea days, reorder or remove them, or build a route from scratch. Dates follow your embarkation date.

A real map, not clip art
- Coastlines, terrain shading, ocean depth bands, rivers, lakes, glaciers, reefs and small islands, from Natural Earth map data.
- Optional country borders, latitude lines, engraved coastal water lines, and sea and country names that keep clear of your route and labels.
- Three route paths: follow the sea, curved arcs or straight lines. Dashed, dotted or solid lines, with adjustable width and a ship icon.
- Port markers can be numbered, dots, stars or pins, with labels showing the name or the name and date.
- Map zoom and pan sliders for fine framing.

Make it yours
- 7 shapes: 3 × 2, 4 × 3, 2 × 3 and 3 × 3 in rectangles, a 3 in circle, a 3.5 in porthole with bolts, and a 4 × 2 in boarding pass. Works in inches or mm.
- 6 styles: Vintage chart, Navy & gold, Tropical, Minimal, Sunset and Blueprint. You can also pick your own sea, land, coastline, route and text colours.
- Frames: rope, double line, bold or none, with an adjustable corner radius.
- 8 title fonts, from classic serif and engraved to poster, retro script and nautical. The title can go in a top band, a bottom band or on the map.
- The title and subtitle fill in automatically from the ship and your dates. Type your own to change them.
- The "Shading & shadows" slider adds depth: soft land shadows, top-lit terrain, a route outline and glossy markers. Paper texture and a compass rose are optional.

Made for UV printers and lasers
- Color print: a true-size PNG at 600 or 300 dpi, with optional bleed past the cut line so no white edge shows.
- Height map: a grayscale PNG for UV texture or relief layers, where white is highest. Set separate heights for land, route, ports, text and frame, plus terrain texture, shallow water, sea waves and edge softness.
- Cut line: an SVG of the magnet outline in #FE0002 at true size.
- Relief preview: shows how the raised texture will look before you print.
- Open in Studio sends one mm-sized file with the print and the cut line. Studio sets them up as an inkjet print and a fine-cut path.
- The Tips button walks through UV relief printing, cutting the magnet out and checking your itinerary.

Itineraries are typical routes for each line and season, not live schedules. Check the ports against your booking; every day is editable.

Works in 10 languages: English, Chinese, Japanese, Korean, German, French, Spanish, Portuguese, Italian and Russian.
