All parts are cut from a single layer

No mandatory engraving (engraving is optional depending on the design)

Slots and tabs are optimized for 3 mm plywood

If using different material tolerance, a test cut is recommended

Assembly Instructions

Prepare all laser-cut parts
Remove any soot or residue from cutting and lightly sand edges if needed.

Insert the money holder bar
Place the bar into the center slot between the two panels.

Attach the banknotes
Roll the banknotes and wrap them around the central bar.

Close the card
Fold both panels together over the money holder.

Lock the card
Insert the small wooden tabs into the side slots. The tabs snap into place and securely hold the card closed.
