This foldable wooden money card is designed as a reusable and elegant alternative to classic paper envelopes. The construction consists of two decorative panels and a central horizontal bar used to hold rolled banknotes. After inserting the money, the card folds together and is secured using small wooden locking tabs, creating a compact and solid gift without the need for glue.
The structural principle remains the same for all versions, while only the decorative motif changes, making this design ideal for creating themed series of cards.

Laser Cutting Notes
Designed for single-layer laser cutting
No mandatory engraving (engraving depends on the chosen design)
Slots and tabs are calibrated for 3 mm material
Glue is not required for standard assembly
Test cut recommended when using plywood from a new supplier
Assembly Instructions
Remove all laser-cut parts from the bed and clean edges if needed.
Insert the central money holder bar into the middle slot between both panels.
Roll the banknotes and wrap them around the holder bar.
Fold both decorative panels together.
Insert the wooden locking tabs into the side slots to secure the card.
