A friend made the cutting board and mallet and asked if I could engrave something on the sides of the board. The cutting board and mallet were hand made from Canarywood.
Do a material test before engraving to get the desired depth.
This is straight forward; center the design in the area you want to engrave and then engrave it. The G that we put on the mallet could be placed on cutting board as well.
