Description

This Christmas bauble features a stylish winter design with a woman wearing glasses, surrounded by snowflakes.
The project is prepared as two mirrored pieces, allowing you to create a perfectly double-sided ornament after cutting.

Simply cut both sides, glue them together, press with clamps, and you’ll get a clean, balanced decoration ideal for Christmas trees, windows, doors or gift tags.

 

Work Process

Load the file into your laser software.

Two pieces are included – already mirrored for double-sided assembly.

Set material thickness to 3 mm plywood.

Cut both outer shapes.

Engrave inner design (adjust power to preferred contrast).

After cutting, align both pieces back-to-back.

Apply wood glue along the edges.

Press together with a clamp until dry.

Add string or ribbon for hanging.


Recommended Laser Settings (xTool S1 – 3 mm plywood)

Cut: 90–95% power / 6–8 mm/s
Engrave: 50–70% power / 200–300 mm/s
Always adjust based on your machine and material batch.
