A Gorgeous 3d Santa Face Bauble (engraved version)
Once you create this, each piece will align perfectly with the design for a seamless appearance.
After looking around, I could not find a laser Cut/engraved Santa Face Bauble that I liked at all, so I decided to create one.
Here we have a gorgeous 3d Santa Face Bauble that is super simple to put together
I have made the File to allow for each side to be flipped (Please read the instructions on the File)
It really is so simple to put together once you have Engraved and cut out.
Don't be alarmed with Engraving Setting of 38% power - the particular Batch of Basswood I have seems to like this much power and it engraves with a nice little depth and gorgeous color.
** IF YOU RESIZE, YOU WILL NEED TO REDO THE SLOTS AND TABS AS THAT WILL AFFECT THE FINAL FITMENT!!**

Step1: After First process, Flip Part A, Part B into Cutout of C and Part C into Cutout of B
The video is to help - Just flip Part A and then Flip Part B and place into Cutout of Part C - Now flip Part C and place into the Cutout of Part B.
You can now run the process of Engraving again - Make sure you turn off the Output for Cutting as you will not need to run that again!!
Step2: Santa 3d Face Bauble Pieces
Nice and simple - you will end up with 3 pieces that are engraved on both sides.
Step3: Push first piece together
Push the first piece into the slot, if you are happy with the alignment etc. - You can then glue in place.
Step4: Push final piece into the slot and align - You can glue if you are happy.

Step5: You should now have the finished item 😁

The design has been scored to allow for coloring or painting the design.
Once the scoring and cutting out is finished, the design is super simple to assemble.
Just add some ribbon or string of your choice and you will be ready to hang this up on the tree. 🎄
