  • Make sure the design is set for Print Then Cut workflow.
  • Confirm the size and positioning before printing.

2. Set Up the Electrostatic Mat or Sticky Mat

  • Turn on the Electrostatic Mat.
  • Place the printed cardstock onto the mat:
    • Align it carefully
    • Let the static hold the paper in place (no tape needed)

3. Load into M1 Ultra

  • In XCS, position your design to match the printed sheet.

4. Print First

  • Print the design using the inkjet module or a standard printer.
  • Use 160g cardstock for best results.
  • Ensure the printed sheet is:
    • Flat (no curling)
    • Clean and dry
    • With clear registration marks (if applicable)
