      Bring a spooky-cute touch to your Halloween presents with these handmade paper tags! Using the xTool M1 Ultra with the electrostatic mat, pen module, and fine-point blade, you can create professional-looking tags featuring playful Halloween characters like cats and pandas with pumpkins.

These tags are perfect for gift bags, candy treats, or party favors – and with personalized text in different pen colors, you can match them to your party style.

Instruction

Step1: Place the paper

Use 300 g cardstock (colored or white).
Secure it on the electrostatic mat inside the M1 Ultra.

Step2: Mark the working area

Frame the area in XCS to make sure your tag fits perfectly.

Step3: Pen drawing (line & fill)

Preview

Insert the black pen module to draw the Halloween character outlines and text
Double-check that only the correct layers are active – always hide the parts you don’t want to draw at this step.

Step4: Optional color change

If you want to add colorful text (like red for “Halloween” or blue handwriting style), switch to another pen and activate the right layers.

Step5: Blade cutting

Preview

Switch to the fine-point blade and adjust the parameters for cardstock (220 g, 80 mm/s, 2 passes is a good starting point).
Again, ensure only the cutting outline is active – hide all pen layers
