Pen stand

Create a custom desktop stand for a single pen, with an optional name and matching memo-paper tray. Customize the dimensions, preview the assembly in 3D and export SVG files for laser cutting.

• A cut-out name or short text integrated into the top edge of the backboard, with adjustable size and horizontal position.
• Adjustable stand dimensions, material thickness, pen-hole diameter, support heights and pen position.
• An optional memo tray with adjustable interior dimensions, interlocking corner joints and a deep rounded opening for easy paper access.
• A centered triangular rear brace supporting the backboard.
• A filled engraving circle beneath the pen tip that follows the pen position.
• Interactive 3D and exploded views, plus a 2D cutting layout.
• Millimetre and inch settings, adjustable joint clearance and laser kerf compensation.

How to use:

Choose a preset.

Enter your measured material thickness and adjust the stand to your pen.

Add a name and enable the memo tray if needed.

Check the assembly and cutting layout.

Export and cut the joint-fit test before cutting the complete design.

Engrave the pen-tip mark, cut the parts, dry-fit the assembly and glue the joints and rear brace.

Designed for laser-cut plywood, with 3 mm material as the default. SVG files export at 1:1 scale in millimetres. The pen, paper and wood finishes shown in the preview are visual references.
