      Created an elegant, engraved slate decor piece featuring and intricate elephant mandala surrounded by lotus flowers and flowing botanical details.

Step1

This project features an intricately engraved elephant mandala on a hexagonal slate tile using the xTool F2 Ultra laser. The artwork combines detailed ornamental linework with lotus flowers and botanical elements to create a decorative piece that highlights the precision and engraving capabilities of the F2 Ultra on natural slate.

The included X-Studio file contains the engraving settings used for this project to help others learn and experiment with similar materials.

1. clean the substrate with rubbing alcohol to remove any finger prints or oils
2. make sure substrate is centerd and on a flat surface while engraving ( base-plate )
3. remove after laser engraving is finished, wipe with cloth with rubbing alcohol then let dry.
4. Spray with a light spray of polyurethane to seal ( I like Varathane Water Based )
