"Flexi-Wood" Gift Card & Cash Holder

I designed this case to solve a classic problem: how to make giving cash or a gift card feel personal. The answer lies in the technique.

This design employs the "living hinge" technique. Precise cut patterns allow the wood to bend without breaking. I specifically optimized this file for 1mm thick Plywood.

Why use 1mm material? Unlike standard 3mm plywood, which requires significant force to bend (and risks breaking with this hinge style), 1mm offers incredible flexibility—almost like a fabric wallet—while retaining the beautiful warmth and feel of natural wood.
