Information

      Here is a barn wood style ornament engraved on basswood.

Preview

This project starts with an AImake image of barn wood pattern
This image is brought into xcs and a mask is created in the shape of the ornament
This makes the backing of the ornament to appear to be like old barn wood.
An outline is added to the mask shape so it can be cut out.
Another couple outlines are created to create the top layer.
With the inside and outside of the layer a letter can be united
Any letter can be added
Once this is set a small hole is place to cut out near the top for hanging.
With everything adjusted to be engraved and cut it is sent to be processed
When the machine is completed that the top layer (optional) is painted and glued to the engraved backing and a ribbon is added
