Materials Used:
Wood with a thickness of 3 mm
Colored cardboard with a thickness of 0.2 mm
Assembly Instructions are attached.
Red: For cutting
Blue: For engraving
Black: For cutting the colored cardboard
file format : DXF , SVG , AI , EPS , XCS
Assembly Steps
Step 1: Transfer the design to the software and ensure the correct settings and appropriate measurements for the workspace.
Step 2: Select the correct material and appropriate thickness for the design, then load it into the machine and adjust the lens focal distance.
Step 3: Ensure that the power and speed settings are correctly adjusted for each color.
The red color: For cutting
The blue color: For engraving
the black color : for cutting color paper 0.2 mm thickness
Step 4: Assemble the pieces
A small amount of wood glue is applied to the wooden tongue, and this wooden tongue is inserted into the slot in the wood.
Clamps or adhesive tape can be used to hold the two pieces together until the wood glue dries.
Thus, the colors are applied according to the choice, or colored paper is used, and then the decorations are placed on top of the color, making the color form a beautiful background for the decorations
