Description
QR & Barcode Studio Beginner’s Guide
Create a laser-ready QR code or barcode nameplate in just three steps 👇
🚀 Quick Start
Choose a preset — Click a card under STYLE PRESETS on the left panel to instantly apply a style.
Add your content — Enter your URL or text in the Content card on the right. For Barcode mode, select a barcode type and enter your data.
Export — Choose SVG (for laser processing) or PNG (for images) in the bottom-right corner, then click Export.
🎨 Customize Your Design
Code Style — Customize dot shapes (square / rounded / circular), finder pattern styles, overall Size, and Color. Click the color swatch to choose a solid color or multi-stop gradient.
Logo — Upload an SVG or image. The logo will be automatically centered with a reserved clear area. Adjust its size using the Size slider.
Tip: When adding a logo, set Error correction to H to ensure the code remains scannable.
Frame / Plate — Add a decorative nameplate frame around the code (rectangle / rounded rectangle / circle / tag). Enable a hanging Hole and add a title Caption if needed.
👀 Preview & Export
Design — Preview the final product appearance (including the wood texture frame with a WYSIWYG effect). Use the scroll wheel to zoom, drag to pan, and the bottom-right controls [−][100%][+][⤢] for navigation.
Export preview — Preview processing layers: 🔴 Red = Cut, 🔵 Blue = Engrave.
SVG files are automatically separated into cutting and engraving layers (including data-processing-type labels). Import directly into laser software for processing. PNG files are exported as high-resolution 300 DPI color images.
💡 Tips
Numeric fields support click-and-drag adjustment for quick value changes, or click directly to enter a value.
Switch units anytime using the top mm / inch toggle. Use Reset to restore default settings.
When a ⚠ warning appears, follow the suggested adjustment. For example, invalid barcode data formats will display the reason automatically.
