My wife's co-worker was looking for gaelic or Celtic cross for her tree and said she was having difficulty, so I took on the challenge and made her one.

Step1: Modify SVG Cross File to make 3D

In Xtool you want to offset the image at zero and drag to the side. This is your backplate for front and back. *** I use thin 2mm wood for most of these projects. The box to hold this will have to be made per your material thickness. Xtool studio now has a quick box making app. **

Step2: Add Angled Bottom for a Rectangular Box

One can unite a triangle to the bottom or simply adjust a few nodes. Copy and paste a duplicate for side 2. ** Note the width here as this will be the cut on the top of your rectangular box. Your cut will be the width and 3x the thickness of your material.

Step3: Pain and Stain Your Cut

I used wipe on walnut stain with a rag and got ready to glue it together.
