Glue the frame on the wide ring. Let dry.

Step3: Insert silhouette

Insert silhouette into the frame. Place the transparent circle behind the silhouette. Glue the other wide ring. Then glue & stack the remaining rings. Let dry.

Step4: Glue the cover
Preview
Cut the cardstock to the desired size (3" x 13" shown). Glue the cover around the edge of the silhouette. Let dry. Decorate as desired.

Step5: Insert Light
