Instruction

1

Step1: Prepare the Glass

When using a diode laser you will need to apply a coating to the glass.  I used black tempera paint for this.

Apply an even coat of paint to the glass.  Once dried if you can see the glass apply another coat in the opposite direction.  Let dry.

The purple text is editable, update it with your details.

You will need to level the glass in the laser.  I used a cup holder that I have and a couple of wood pieces to make this happen.  Use a level to ensure it's all good.

Perform the auto measure and frame to ensure the placement is where you want it.

Enter the parameters for your machine.  If you are using the F series lasers and have the option to use the cross hatch I would recommend that.  If not run the job once and if it looks like you need to run it again do so.

Send to the laser for processing.

Once complete, wash the paint off the glass and you will see your wonderful design.
