How to make: Laser cut all elements from 3mm plywood. Assemble each box by matching the finger joints. The fit is precise, but for heavy office use, a small amount of wood glue in the joints is recommended.
How to cut / engrave / print: Cut the components using a laser. The honeycomb pattern requires clean cutting lines. Make sure the material is flat to ensure all small hexagonal cutouts are processed correctly.
Settings used: Power: 100%, Speed: 10 mm/s, Pass: 1 (based on xTool S1 10W settings).
