🧩 Assembly Instructions – Drink Coaster Set with Holder
📦 Parts included:
- 2 × Side panels (with rounded cutouts)
- 2 × Front/Back panels
- 1 × Bottom panel
- Coaster pieces
🔧 Step 1 – Assemble the Holder Frame
- Take front, back, and side panels
- Connect them using the finger joints (slots)
- Make sure all edges are flush and aligned
🔩 Step 2 – Insert Bottom Panel
- Slide the bottom panel into the slots at the base
- Press gently until it fits tightly
- (Optional) Add a small amount of wood glue for extra strength
🧱 Step 3 – Stack the Coasters
- Each coaster consists of:
- Top engraved layer
- Bottom support layer
- Align layers carefully
- Glue them together if needed
📥 Step 4 – Place Coasters in Holder
- Insert all finished coasters into the holder
- Rounded side cutouts help for easy access
