Description

Turn any 3D model into a papercraft pattern you can cut, score and fold on your xTool laser, blade cutter or O1 printer.

Drop an STL or OBJ file, or start from one of the three built-in examples: a fox head, a vase and a head. The model is cleaned up and reduced to the number of faces you choose (40 to 600), then unfolded into flat parts with numbered glue tabs and nested on your sheets. Every change reruns on its own, and you can switch between the faceted 3D model and the sheets at any time.

Folds that work:
- Every cut edge gets exactly one tapered tab, and the edge it glues under carries the same number. Numbers follow the assembly order.
- Mountain and valley folds are drawn as real dashes, so the machine only scores them. The dash length follows the paper weight.
- Folds flatter than the angle you set are left unscored, and edges too short to fold neatly in your card are flagged.

Ready to cut:
- Sheets from A4, A3 and Letter to 12×12 and 12×24 in cutting mats, O1 330×420 and 330×122, xTool M2, S1 and P2S beds, or a custom size.
- Red cuts, blue scores and engraved numbers, 1:1 in millimetres.
- Colour print for the O1: shaded faces, a colour per part, or the colours stored in the model, as a PNG under the cut lines with bleed.
- One SVG per sheet, plus an assembly PDF with the legend, build steps, assembly order and one diagram per sheet.
