網目數：決定一切的關鍵設定

已測試的是四款塗層網版：100目與200目，分別有塗層與聚酯速刻兩個版本。

目錄之所以不大，並非偶然—網版目數才是關鍵變數。100目能在深色衣物上形成厚實的不透明油墨層；200目能保留精細細節與半色調，但通過的油墨量少得多，而且部分油墨系列只能用於100目。工作流程中的其餘一切，都由這一選擇決定。

四大油墨家族，固化方式各不相同

塑膠溶膠油墨附著在纖維表面，需要加熱固化，是官方列出的織物用油墨系列。水性油墨會滲入纖維，手感更柔軟。壓克力油墨適用於紙張、木材與卡紙，而非需要水洗的衣物。油性油墨則適用於非多孔材質。

選擇你的網目數

決定整個印花效果的唯一選擇，後續所有步驟都由它決定。

100目——上墨厚

適合深色衣物的不透明覆蓋效果，是印大色塊的首選。上墨量是這裡所有網版中最高的。

附著在纖維表面，透過加熱固化。xTool將其列為織物用油墨，是衣物需要經受水洗時應選用的類型——但耐久性仍取決於是否達到固化溫度。

為什麼要從實測設定開始

網目數不能互相替代

200目上墨量不夠，印不出深色底上的不透明效果；100目又會堵住精細網點。目數買錯，網版就浪費了。

感光乳劑有保存期限，還怕光

它本來就是感光材料，需要避光保存，還會過期——是最容易被忘記補貨的耗材。

油墨家族決定固化方式

膠漿需要加熱固化，不加熱就一直不會乾。水性油墨靠風乾。兩者混用會毀掉一批成品。

雷射速刻網版省掉兩道工序

聚酯速刻網版可直接用雷射把圖案刻入網面，塗佈感光乳劑和紫外線曝光兩步都不用做了。

常見問題

開始網版印刷需要準備什麼？

網框、網版、感光乳劑（或可雷射雕刻的網版）、刮刀與油墨，再加上一種固化方式。塑膠溶膠與膨面塑膠溶膠需要加熱；油性油墨可自然風乾，或在80–100°C熱壓約十分鐘固化；水性油墨自然風乾即可，但若要經受水洗仍可能需要熱定型——請以您購買油墨的標籤說明為準。套裝通常包含可重複使用的部分；油墨與感光乳劑則是需要不斷補充的耗材。
