DTF & UV Printing Supplies for xTool Printers

Printing consumables come as a set, not a shopping list. Ink, film and powder are matched to one printer, and a single missing item stops the job — there is no power-and-speed value to tune your way around it.

DTF: Ink, Film, Powder — and Why All Three Matter

DTF prints a mirrored design onto film, coats the wet ink with adhesive powder, melts the powder into a film-backed transfer, then presses it onto fabric. The white ink layer is what lets it work on dark garments.

Film rolls come plain, glow in the dark, and gold or silver foil. Powder is the part people underestimate: too little and the transfer sheds, too much and you feel a stiff plastic patch through the shirt.

UV DTF Is a Two-Film System for Hard Surfaces

Plain UV printing cures ink directly onto the object, which needs a near-flat face and often a primer wipe on glass or ceramic. UV DTF prints onto an A film, laminates it to a B film, then the design lifts off and goes onto a curve.

As a rule of thumb: UV for flat and rigid, UV DTF for bottles, tumblers and anything you cannot lay flat under a print head. Both run on the O1 Omni with their own ink and maintenance tanks.

Pick Your Consumable Set

30-Day Worry-Free DTF Material Bundle blank

Apparel Printer — the DTF set

Ink including white, PET film, adhesive powder and a way to melt it. The bundle exists because a missing item stops the whole job.

Essential Ink Set for O1 Omni Printer blank

O1 Omni — the UV set

UV ink, a primer wipe for the glass and ceramic that needs one, and separate UV and DT maintenance tanks. DT fabric ink runs on the same printer for textiles.

Gold Foil Apparel Printer Film Roll blank

Film: plain, glow and foil

Plain PET for everyday transfers, glow in the dark, and gold or silver foil for a metallic finish that ink alone cannot reach.

xTool Selected Apparel Printer Cleaning Fluid blank

Maintenance that keeps heads alive

Cleaning fluid and moisturising liquid. White ink settles if it sits unused, and clogging is the common failure — follow the maintenance schedule in the printer manual.

Topping Up a Single Item

30-Day Worry-Free DTF Material Bundle blank

Ink

UV, DT and Apparel Printer ink, including white. 37 items across the routes.

30-Day Worry-Free DTF Material Bundle blank

Film

PET transfer film, foil film and glow-in-the-dark stock. 17 foil and film items.

30-Day Worry-Free DTF Material Bundle blank

Powder and adhesives

DTF adhesive powder and the transfer adhesives that bond a print to fabric. 11 items.

Cleaning and maintenance

Cleaning fluid, moisturising liquid and maintenance tanks. 4 items.

Which Route for Which Object

DTF — most fabrics, including dark ones

Brings its own white base, so cotton and dark garments are no obstacle. Check the garment's heat tolerance and any surface coating before a run.

UV — flat and rigid

Cures onto the object itself. Metal, coated board, acrylic and phone cases. Glass and ceramic usually need a primer wipe first, and a rotary attachment extends it to clean cylinders.

UV DTF — curves and glass

A transfer that lifts off its carrier, so it wraps onto bottles, tumblers and compound curves a print head cannot reach.

Sublimation — polyester or a coated blank

Dye bonds inside polyester fibre, or into the polymer coating on a sublimation blank, so nothing sits on top. It will not hold on untreated cotton.

UV and DTF ink, film, powder, screen printing consumables and printable blanks.

Nine sublimation blanks — tumblers, water bottles, keychain holders, a film-roll keychain, a wind spinner and a phone case

Sublimation blanks and supplies

Paper, film and coated blanks. The dye needs polyester or a coating — cotton will not hold it.

FAQs

What supplies does DTF actually need?

DTF ink including white, PET film, adhesive powder, a way to melt the powder, and a heat press. Plus maintenance items — cleaning fluid and moisturising liquid keep the white ink channels from clogging, which is the most common DTF failure.
