Information

      I'd like to have my hands free whilst performing the laser maintenence.
Therefore I created this jig. It will work with the S1 40W and 2W (if the 10W and 20W have the air intake for the air assistance system at the same place it will work as well).
I also tried to place a lot of cut ins just to figure out how many of them I am able to have in my mind to create a working jig :)

Step1

Cut the parts from the XCS file.

First glue the parts shown in the picture together.

Secondly place and glue the inner parts together and place them on the bottom part.

Last step - place the outer parts and the top cover.
