What This Jig Is For

This is a laser-cut jig designed to hold up to 12 round 5/8” pendants in place for consistent positioning during laser work.
The permanently attached backing plate supports the pendants from underneath and keeps the jig flat and aligned on the work surface.

Pendant Size Reference

Diameter: 5/8 inch

Metric: 15.9 mm (≈ 16 mm)

Typical Thickness: 1–2 mm (varies by supplier)

⚠️ This jig is custom-sized for 5/8” round pendants only.

How to Use the Jig

Place the Jig

Lay the jig flat on your xTool Atom honeycomb or work bed.

Ensure it is fully flat and square with the machine.

Insert the Pendants

Insert up to 12 round 5/8” pendants into the cut slots.

Align pendant bails in the same direction for consistency.

Pendants should sit flush and secure.

Focus the Laser

Focus the laser on the surface of the pendant, not the wood jig.

Frame Your Design

Use the Frame function to confirm placement and alignment.

Run Your Job

Proceed with your laser job.

Do not move the jig until the job is complete.

Important Notes

Jig is laser cut from basswood — dark edges and light burn marks are normal.

Backing plate is permanently glued and not removable.

Pendant blanks are not included.

Wood grain and color variations are natural.

Always test your laser settings before production use.
