The first thing I made for the design was a circle the size of the bottle opener. 

Next I looked for a drawing of a communion child, you can find it here 

Then I added the text "My First Communion", the child's name and the date. 

Turn on the Xtool, mark absolute coordinates and put in a cardboard; we are going to mark the circle the size of the opener.

Then we are going to place the opener over the circle mark and we are going to engrave the drawing. 

Once the engraving machine is finished we just have to add a little matte spray varnish, this is something optional, but I like the finish this way better.
