2025 Christmas Stocking Ornament

      This design is part of an annual tradition.  Each year I create a unique Christmas ornament to share with coworkers at our company holiday party. The artwork reflects the natural, earthy theme that inspires my own Christmas tree decor.

The ornament is laser-cut using 3mm basswood, making it lightweight with a warm, organic finish. A simple twine loop is added for hanging, giving it a rustic charm while staying true to the natural aesthetic. The current year, 2025, is intentionally woven into the design as a keepsake detail to mark the season it was made.

This ornament is beginner-friendly and highly customizable—perfect for anyone who wants to paint it, add glitter, decorate with markers, wood stain, vinyl accents, or a dusting of sparkle. It can easily be transformed into something colorful, whimsical, or elegant.
