Themed Keepsake & Memory Boxes:Fill with fairy lights, photos, or mementos as a lasting decorative piece for nurseries, graduations, or weddings.
Product Configurations & Structural Highlights
Each number box is engineered for clean aesthetics, wide internal storage corridors, and effortless assembly[cite: 1].
Two Enclosure Styles
Open-Top Display Tray (Without Lid): Features a deep, open cavity with smooth top wall edges—ideal for arrangements that extend above the rim (such as flowers, cupcakes, or overflowing charcuterie).
Enclosed Gift Box (With Removable Lid & Pin Alignment): Includes a custom-contoured top lid paired with an internal retaining pin/rim mechanism. This keeps the lid seated flush against the walls and prevents it from sliding off during transport.
Architectural & Design Features
Generous Interior Capacity: Built with an extra-thick typographic stroke so even angled or narrow digits (such as 4, 1, or 7) maintain wide, usable internal compartments.
Reinforced Base Flange Margin: The bottom base plate extends slightly beyond the outer vertical walls (e.g., 2.5 mm overhang), providing a stable gluing ledge, preventing bottom blowouts, and giving the box a clean, framed silhouette.
Enclosed Inner Cutouts:Digits with internal holes (like 0, 4, 6, 8, and 9) feature fully walled interior cutouts, keeping contents neatly contained within the number channel.
Pre-Numbered Assembly System:Every individual wall strip and base connection can be laser-engraved with sequential part labels and numbers, turning complex multi-sided digits into a straightforward, guided build.
Step-by-Step Assembly & Usage Guide
Load & Cut the Vector File:
Import the SVG file into your laser software.
Assign the part-number markings to an Engrave / Score layer (low power, high speed) and the outer perimeters to a Cut(red) layer.
Organize Your Pieces:
Remove the cut pieces from the laser bed and lay them out on a flat workspace.
Sort the vertical wall strips in numerical order using the engraved part numbers.
Phase 2: Box & Lid Assembly
Dry-Fit the Base & Walls:
Place the Base Plate flat on your table.
Starting with Wall #1, test-fit the perimeter wall strips around the base footprint in sequential order to familiarize yourself with the angles and corner junctions.
Glue the Outer & Inner Walls:
Apply a thin bead of wood glue (for MDF/plywood) or acrylic cement (for acrylic) along the bottom edge of the first wall piece and its adjoining vertical edges.
Set the wall onto the base plate, using the Base Flange Margin as a guide to maintain a consistent outer ledge all the way around.
Continue working sequentially around the outer perimeter, then install any internal cutout walls (such as the center triangle of the number 4).
Secure corners temporarily with painter’s tape or rubber bands while the adhesive cures.
Assemble the Removable Lid (If Applicable):
Lay the Top Lid Plate upside down on a flat surface.
Glue the alignment pins / inner rim segments into their designated slots on the underside of the lid.
Allow the glue to dry completely before placing the lid onto the assembled box body.
