Game Box Inserts
A custom organiser for your board-game box: enter the box and your cards, tokens and dice, get finger-jointed trays packed in 3D and ready-to-cut sheets.
Description
Design a custom organiser for your board-game box and cut it on your xTool laser.
Measure the inside of the box, tell the generator what goes in it and it does the rest. Enter the length, width and height, the space to keep free on top for the board and the rulebook, and your components: card decks in common sizes (63×88, 44×68, 41×63, 59×92, 56×87, 57×89, tarot, square or custom), sleeved or not, flat or upright, with the deck thickness worked out from the card count; tokens in a grid of cells; dice; boards; free compartments. Each component becomes its own finger-jointed tray, and the trays are packed into the box on one or more levels.
Make it fit your game:
- Arrange the trays automatically or place them yourself, on one level or several.
- Finger access with a U-notch in the walls or a stepped ramp of stacked strips.
- Optional drop-in lids with a finger hole, and component names engraved on the front wall or on the lid in single-line or outline fonts.
- Cross-lap dividers, spacer trays that fill empty space, and trays raised to the box height if you like.
- See it all in 3D, filled with your cards, tokens and dice, before you cut anything.
Ready for the laser:
- Nested cut sheets for 400×300, 300×300, A3, 600×400 or your xTool M2, S1 and P2S bed. Red lines cut, blue engraves, 1:1 in millimetres.
- Greyboard, MDF or plywood from 2 to 4 mm, with kerf compensation, joint play and a fit-test comb to tune them on your machine.
- An assembly PDF with a 3D overview, the layout of every level and the parts and steps for each tray.
Available in 17 languages, mm or inches, and your box is kept when you come back.
