What is this?
Sudoku Maker generates the set and deck together, with the number of blocks inferred from the deck. The hint block count is based on the maximum occurrence of that number in each question, and the filled block count is the total minus the minimum occurrence.
So "this set of blocks can present this stack of questions" is a constructive guarantee, not luck. When you think back to creating new questions, importing the exported project files will constrain the new questions by the set of blocks you have already cut.
What to produce?
Export five files: cutting blueprint (SVG), pure cutting version (DXF), question paper (PDF, one question per page, with questions on top and answers on bottom), engineering configuration (JSON), and a description in the same language as the interface (TXT).
After processing, stick the two flat plates together. The thick plate serves as the chassis with the digital block, while the thin plate functions as the grating layer with a pit.
