File opening

 
1. After downloading the file, I cannot locate the SVG file. What should I do?
Sometimes the SVG file shows up as HTML files such as Google Chrome or Internet Explorer etc. All you have to do is go to 'File' > 'Import Image' then browse to the folder and you will see the SVG file and others that you can import.
Alternatively, you can simply drag the SVG file into the XCS software.

2. The design file seems incomplete. Where can I find the rest of the project?
Some design files may contain multiple canvases. When you open them, you might only see the first canvas, which could make the file appear incomplete. Open all the canvases to view the entire project.
Additionally, some files may have images placed outside the visible canvas. Zoom out to see the entire design.

3. How can I delete the existing text and add my own to the original file?
If the file you opened contains a compound vector image and you cannot delete the text individually, you need to first ungroup the compound vector. Then, you can click to select the text and delete it, after which you can add your own text.

If the image cannot be ungrouped, you can add a rectangle to select the text, then select both the image and the rectangle and choose "Subtract" from the toolbar. This will remove the selected text, allowing you to add your own.

4.I use a different machine, Can the parameters used in the file be compatible with my machine?
If your machine uses different parameters than those settings in the file, you can use the material test array feature to test and find parameters that suit your needs. For more details, please refer to the relevant documentation. https://support.xtool.com/article/872

5.What should I do if the size of the purchased SVG file changes after importing it into XCS software?
If you import the file into XTool Creative Space and see a pop-up indicating that the image is too large to be displayed on the canvas, make sure to select 'No, display in the original size' to view it at the correct size.
If you don't see the pop-up, it might be due to a previous setting that reduces the size. You can adjust this by going to Settings > General > Imported Image too large for the canvas.

6. How can I find the design files I have purchased?
In your Personal Center under 'My Orders,' you can find a record of your purchases. Simply click to jump to the content details page to download.
Additionally, you’ll receive an email after successful payment with a link to the content details page. You can click on it to download your files as well.

7. What should I do if I get a payment failure when purchasing files?
Don't worry! You can retry the payment, and the process will continue until the payment is successful.

11. What should I do if I redeemed an Amazon card but didn’t receive the card number?
The card number is usually sent within seven business days after redemption. If you don’t receive it, please contact [email protected].
