Information

Simple shelf to display building block collection of speed cars.

Just needs 2 sheets of 3mm plywood and wood glue.

Instruction

1

Step1: Cut materials in machine

Cut materials on the machine.  There's two layouts each sized to a 12"x12" sheet.

I added a .083mm kerf to the project so that the joints should fit nice and tight.

2

Step2: Glue shelves and front edge together

For assembly, the first step is to assemble the front edge to the shelf.  Repeat 5 times.

Ensure to add wood glue to the tabs.  If the pieces are tight, I use a hand clamp to squeeze the parts together.  Using a hammer or a rubber mallet works, but the hand clamp wont cause damage like the hammer/mallet.

3

Step3: Glue all shelves to one side

Assemble all 5 shelves to one vertical side.

4

Step4: Add the other side to complete the assembly

Assemble the remaining side.
