Next, adjust the xTool M1 settings to match your project. You’ll configure two layers within the software: one for engraving any detailed design or patterns on the earrings and another for cutting out the earring shape from 3mm Birch Plywood. Make sure to double-check the power and speed settings for optimal cutting and engraving.

Once the earrings are cut and engraved, it’s time to get creative! Paint the earrings in your desired colors, making sure the paint is completely dry before moving on. After painting, apply a thin layer of epoxy resin to give the earrings a glossy, professional finish. Remember to follow epoxy safety instructions (⚠️ Safety Warning: Wear gloves and work in a well-ventilated area) and always follow the instructions of the vendor.

Once the epoxy has fully cured, it’s time to assemble your earrings. Attach the jump rings and earring hooks to your design. For extra security and durability, use E6000 Plus glue to ensure all pieces are firmly in place. This glue provides a strong bond, perfect for securing any additional elements, such as tassels or beads, to enhance the design.
