Laser Cut Wooden Perpetual Desk Calendar with German Month Names

      This guide explains how to assemble and use the modular wooden calendar, which was precision-cut using advanced laser technology.

Instructions

1. Preparation and Cutting
Machine Setup: Ensure your xTool S1 40W is calibrated.

File Import: Open the project files. All power, speed, and frequency settings are already embedded in the files for your convenience.

Material: Depending on the dimensions of your wood stock, you may need multiple plywood sheets to fit all 12 month cards and the base plate.

2. Assembly
The Base: Start with the flat base plate, which features precision-cut parallel slots.

Inserting Cards: Take the month cards (Januar to Dezember).

The Locking Mechanism: Each card is designed with a specific "lip" or notch at the bottom. Slide the cards into the slots of the base plate. The lip acts as a physical stopper, ensuring the cards cannot slip through or wobble, providing a secure and upright fit.

3. Usage
Focus: Place the current month at the very front of the stack for easy reading.

Storage: The remaining 11 cards are stored directly behind the active month within the same base, keeping your desk organized and compact.
