適用於 xTool 雷射機的紙張與卡紙材料

紙張是唯一一種功率稍高就會瞬間報廢的材料。它所需的功率只是木材的一小部分，乾淨切口與燒焦發黃邊緣之間的差距，只有百分之幾。

大多是裁切任務，貼紙更適合用刀片而非雷射

在37筆社群紙張紀錄中，18筆是裁切，13筆是雕刻—正好與皮革相反。卡紙在M2 10W上以30 mm/s、90%完成裁切；瓦楞紙板在S1上以300 mm/s、僅26%完成雕刻。

對貼紙紙來說，還有比用熱更好的方案：M1 Ultra的精細刀頭能裁切乙烯基材料或紙張，完全不留焦痕。有一筆社群紀錄正是這麼做的，這也是為什麼那些貼紙的邊緣是乾淨的白色，而不是發黃的褐色。

決定參數的主要是磅數與塗層，而不是顏色。

Coloured cardstock sheets

卡紙與珠光紙

彩色、亮粉與白色珠光款，磅數從7oz到9oz。是製作卡片、請柬與分層紙藝的主力材料。

Matte white inkjet self-adhesive paper

貼紙紙與自黏紙

霧面白色自黏紙與亮面噴墨紙。先列印再裁切——裁切時不妨考慮用刀片而非雷射。

Double-sided glossy inkjet paper

瓦楞紙板與卡紙板

更厚、多層結構，雕刻能呈現真正的立體深度。裁切沒問題，但需要氣泵輔助，避免瓦楞夾層被引燃。

Gold and silver foil transfer paper

燙金轉印紙與相紙

金色與銀色燙金轉印紙可打造金屬質感，另有專為雷射而非刀片設計的雷射標記紙與相紙。

紙張加工，哪款xTool機型最適合？

幾乎所有機型都能切紙，關鍵在於哪一款留下的切口最乾淨。

常見問題

裁切卡紙應該用多大功率？

比你想像的低得多。實測數值從CO2機型的30 mm/s、40%，到10W二極體的90%不等——二極體需要更高的百分比，是因為它的絕對功率本來就更低。務必先在邊角料上測試，乾淨切口與焦痕之間往往只差幾個百分點。
