Packaging & Display for What You Make

Presentation is the last 10% that sets the price. The same pendant in a poly bag and in a foam-insert box are two different products to a buyer — and only one of them photographs well.

Fourteen Packaging and Display Lines, Ready to Brand

Gift boxes in kraft, black magnetic and iridescent silver. Jewelry boxes and bags with foam inserts. Floating frames with stands or kraft boxes. A five-tier jewelry display with a ring tray, a rotating stand, a stretchable origami table and an LED display board.

Many of these take a mark themselves — the kraft board, the walnut box and the PU jewelry box are all listed as laserable. On a finished item, though, only the part the supplier says is laserable: a made-up box can combine board, adhesive, a printed coating and a foam or satin lining, and those do not all behave the same way.

Packaging Is Part of the Product, Not an Afterthought

A blank you sell at a craft fair competes on presentation before anyone reads the description. A foam insert holds the piece straight in the photo; a floating frame turns a flat cut into wall art; a rotating stand lets a browser see all sides without touching it.

The practical rule: buy the box before you list the item. Sizing the piece to a box you already have is far easier than hunting for a box that fits a finished batch.

Pick What the Piece Needs

Sell it, ship it, or stand it up — three different jobs.

Kraft gift box

Gift boxes and bags

Kraft, black magnetic and iridescent silver boxes, plus kraft paper bags with handles. The default for anything that ships.

Iridescent silver gift box with a jewelry foam insert

Jewelry boxes with inserts

PU boxes and bags with foam inserts, so a pendant or ring arrives straight and stays straight.

White floating frame with a stand

Floating frames

A cut or engraved piece suspended between two panes. Turns a flat panel into something wall-hangable and photographable.

Black five-tier jewelry display with a ring tray

Display stands and boards

Five-tier jewelry displays with a ring tray, rotating stands, an origami table and an LED display board for fairs and markets.

Where Packaging Earns Its Cost

Four places presentation changes the outcome, not just the look.

The product photo

A foam insert holds the piece at the right angle and kills the shadow a flat bag creates. Most listings are won or lost on the first image.

The unboxing

A magnetic box opens like a gift. It is the difference between a purchase and a present, and it is what gets filmed and shared.

The craft fair table

Height sells. A tiered display puts pieces at eye level instead of flat on a cloth, and a rotating stand lets people look without handling.

Your own branding

Kraft board, walnut and PU all take an engrave, so the packaging carries your mark instead of a printed label.

Wood, plywood and MDF

Forty boards from basswood ply to oiled MDF. Grade decides the cut, species decides the look.

Four pieces cast in vacuum-formed moulds — a blue resin shell plate, a flower-set resin heart tray, gummy sweets in a formed tray and three sunflower candles

Vacuum forming sheet

PETG, HIPS and TPU flex for the WonderPress — form the shell, then cast resin, wax or chocolate in it.

Nine laser paper lines — coloured cardstock, glitter cardstock, printed sticker paper, marking paper, photo paper, gold foil transfer, gift card envelopes, holographic sticker paper and coloured shrink paper

Paper and cardstock

Cardstock, sticker paper, foil transfer and photo paper. Mostly a cutting job rather than an engraving one.

FAQs

What packaging do I need to start selling laser-cut pieces?

A box that fits your most common item, something to stop it moving inside, and a way to put your name on it. Kraft boxes plus foam or paper padding cover most of it; jewelry needs an insert because a pendant that shifts arrives tangled.
