Gear Shaped Dark Wood Drink Coasters

Step 1
Cut each coaster from 3mm–6mm walnut MDF or walnut plywood.

Step 2
Ensure all rounded tabs and inner curves are equal size for smooth alignment.

Step 3
Lightly sand the top surface, edges, and inner curves to remove burn marks.

Step 4
Apply walnut oil or matte clear coat to deepen the wood grain and protect the surface.

Step 5
Optional: engrave initials, names, or logos in the centre before sealing.

Step 6
Allow the finish to fully dry before stacking or packaging.
