Pen holder

Before cutting ensure you are aware of the thickness of material you are using. 

To change the insert sizes:

First ungroup the item. Select the ‘hole’ and ensure the height is set to the thickness of the material you are using. 

Once the size has been changed regroup so that holes all line up once cut.

If you re not changing the size of the holes simply set your cut to your desired setting for the material you are using. 

Once happy with the sizes, lay the design out over a ‘refreshed’ image of your bed with the material in. This will ensure that all elements are cut where you want them. 

Process with the cut

Once cut remove from the laser. These will slot together, although to make sure it is secure use some wood glue to make the finished item stonger. 

Assemble the pen holder and wit for it to dry.
