Overall project dimension = is 72.26mm Width x 30mm. Height

Machine use= Xtool S1 with 40W Diode Laser Module

  1. Score the Internal Border: Power= 80 Speed=175 Pass=5
  2. Engrave the texts: Power=94 Speed=4 Pass=1
  3. Cut the circle: Power=94 Speed=4 Pass=1
  4. Cut the outside border: Power=94 Speed=4 Pass=1
  5. Put heavy duty double-sided tape (3M) at ½ portion of the back
  6. Attached to the top of the left side metal black frame

Note: Power and speed settings may differ depending on laser module and materials used
