Step1: Load file and Personalize your nametags
Preview
Personalize the names for your event on the seat of the chair, then cut them out using 1/8” birch plywood. About 6 minutes per chair.

Step2: Cut out the file

Cut out the parts, lay them out and familliarize yourself with the assembly.

Step3: Assembly!
Apply glue to joints and assemble as seen in video. Connections are very tight and gratifying.

Step4: Personalize name cards

Load birch bark into S1 and secure in place on processing bed. Use the settings I have in place on the second canvas for a nice clean score cut and engrave.
