Information
Well here is a shelf that can go on any shelf, of course you know this is just an extra little shelf for small items however it can be placed pretty much on any existing shelf as a bonus as long as the shelf is not thicker than 3/4" or (19mm)

Step 1) It all starts with the rectangle feature, once this was placed in the work area I adjusted the size by un-locking the height and width by hitting the lock that is right beside the dimensions. Once I was happy with the size I wanted I proceeded to step 2.

Step 2) For the second time the rectangle feature is needed once again and this time a smaller rectangle is made. I then positioned this new part over top the other rectangle and selected combine. From the combine options I select subtract to remove the area I need to make like a hook of sorts.

Step 3) Now that I have the shape I want it is time to add some decorative scrolls, I did this by selecting an image I had on my computer, it is a jpg image so Only engraving would be the option for this type file however I did not want to engrave it so I went to the outline feature and selected outline @0 % making sure the check mark for adding inner lines was checked.

Step 4) I know had a complete copy of all the outlines of the Jpg image, this original image was now of no use so I deleted it. I then copy and pasted the first shape and used the Reflect option and selected horizontally. This gave me a second shape but in the opposite lay out. I then copied the scroll image and pasted it on the second shape so I ended up with a mirror image.

Step 6) Once again I went to the rectangle option and inserted another rectangle but this time I made it as wide as the first 2 but longer for a base. I did this 2 times to have a backing of the same size.

Step 7) Now that I have all 4 parts needed I copied and pasted the scroll work once more and pasted it so it would go one just one of the larger pieces, I resized it for one of them to fill the area respectfully.

Step 7) Once I pasted and resized the third scroll work and placed it one just one of the larger pieces it was time to let the D1 10w por laser do it's job. Once the framing was complete it started to score and cut based on the settings I adjusted earlier. Scoring was set to 50% power and 30mm/s speed and only 1 pass. the cutting was set to 100% power and 5mm/s speed and 3 passes.

Step 8) Once all the work from the laser was complete I had the 4 pieces I designed, it was time for glue. The shelf was an easy design with 2 uprights being glued to the longer part of the shelf. The shelf itself was simply glued together in an L shape and the 2 side were glued to those pieces. as you can see the small anywhere type shelf can be added to any shelf that is no thicker than 3/4" or 19mm. It can be moved it can be used on a side of a desk for that extra shelving if needed. Enjoy!
