A layered artwork piece with trees. I suggest you paint them in autumn colors which is when they look the best.
Cut out the pieces. Be careful when removing the internal cutouts do you don't break any trees.
You can scale the design to any size you want but I don't recommending going much smaller than what is in the .xcs file.
The design doesn't have a backing and is see through. If you wish to add a backing, cut out one additional full piece. Copy the perimeter of one of the pieces.
I suggest you paint the trees before gluing the layers together.
The autumn theme looks the best as you can get a nice contrast between layers.
Another option would be to use a different type of wood for each layer and get the color in this way.
Glue the layers together. I recommend you clamp them. If you are in a hurry you can also use gel type superglue.
If the layers are misaligned you should sand the external perimeter. This will allow the design to stand upright by itself.
Optionally you can also paint the perimeters.
