A 3D cactus with flower model. Easy to make and assemble. If you download the design, it will help me reach more people.
Cut all of the required parts.
Glue the two largest cactus pieces together. They slide over each other.
Add the base on the bottom and make sure everything is aligned.
Add the smaller perimeter pieces that fit between the two larger pieces.
I recommend you add glue on the top sparingly as they only touch the rest of the pieces at the edges. You can also add the glue on the top later by using a toothpick for example to apply it.
Use a rubber band to hold everything together while the glue cures.
Look from the top and adjust the pieces so they are all equally spaced.
Add the two side pieces on the extended arms of the main cactus body.
They are both the same so add them however you like.
Add the flower. I recommend you remove the rubber band before this step.
First, add the larger flower and then the smaller one.
Optionally you can paint the cactus in a standard green colour.
