Step1: Check and Adjust File
Open the file and confirm the cut settings are appropriate for your machine. You could also size the pieces up or down to your preference, just adjust each part equally.

Step2: Cut Layers
Cut out the layers with your machine.

Step3: Glue Layers
Glue the layers one layer at a time to ensure alignment.
Glue the mountain layer on the base, weight or clamp.
Next, glue the eagle layer on that, weight or clamp.
Finally, glue the frame layer on and weight or clamp.
Add a string if you would like to hang it.
