Information
This file will help you create a leather zippo lighter case that can be worn on a belt.

You will need a 5 oz veg-tan leather. (2.5mm) I recommend district leather, they sell pre-dyed veg-tan which is laser friendly and in smaller less expensive pieces.

You will also needs some leather sewing thread, needles, and a line 24 snap.

You will need the slide extension if using the F1.

Instruction
1
Step1: Cut Out

Place your leather in the machine and cut out the pieces.

2
Step2: Hardware

Now attach your line 24 snap.

3
Step3: Stitching

First take one end of your belt strap and stitch it to the straight line of the back of your back piece.

Now this is the most important part. When you stitch your pieces together, you will notice that the back section has two more holes than the front section.

Begin your stitch on the back top hole and stitch down in the front sections first hole lining up with the back sections 2nd hole.

When you get to the bottom section, bring down your belt strap and stitch it to the bottom part. Continue your stitch around.

4
Step4: Molding

Now you can wet mold it if you'd like.

Take your stitched case and dunk it in some water till its fully wet,

take your lighter and shove it inside. Start using your fingers to shape the leather to the lighter. Let it sit dry for a few hours. You are done.
