Summary

This is an H. It's 3 layers, a base layer, a design layer and a stroke layer. You can add whatever you want on the inside and just drop and crop in the letter. Make sure to add a 10pt stroke around the letter, I used a slab serif font. I used acrylic paint and spray paint. I did this on Basswood Plywood.
