      This is a Deviation of a wood pumpkin but I redid it using acrylic so it could withstand the outdoor elements.

This file was set up to be crated from wood, I changed this to acrylic, 1 sheet of brown and 1 sheet of orange. Both sheet were originally black cast but were painted to their respective colors prior to placing them in the laser machine. with a coat of paint the black cast cuts just as nice as original black.

The D1 20w pro can cut this thin acrylic with ease, the settings for this acrylic is as follows 100% power 10mm/s speed @ 1 pass.

once both colored acrylic was cut in the machine a spray adhesive was used to bond the 2 together, now that this pumpkin is made from acrylic it can withstand the outdoor elements much better and longer than the original wood design. woot woot for Deviation…..
