I used 3mm basswood, feel free to scale up the emblem if you have a bigger laser I think I scaled it up the most I could without a conveyor on the F1 Ultra.

I engraved the layers that go on top on the base plate and the emblem holding the letters to make it easier to glue but you can remove it if you want to free ball it. I started with the base plate and then the smaller pieces.

I painted the logo with some acrylic paint to make it look more like the real one and I painted after cutting because there’s usually a little bit of burn on the pieces when cutting and it can be annoying to have to repaint.

Once it’s cut and painted you can glue it together and if you chose to use the engravings that will make it easier to get it all lined up, at least  it was for me.
