Step1: Design
Preview
  • Create the text “B” “O” “O” individually
  • Choose some Halloween themed graphics from the basic shapes tool bar and they are under festival
  • size them how you wish 
  • add some tabs for the base

Step2: Laser
Preview
  • Make sure all your objects are set to cut
  • grab your material and make sure all your settings are correct 
    • auto measure

Step3: Creating the base
Preview
  • Create a rectangle that will be the base for your project
    • grab some digital calipers and measure the tabs for each letter and right them down
    • measure the length and width
    • create three different rectangles with each dimension for the tabs to fit into
  • Make sure all the objects are set to cut and send to the laser
  • Once I cut out the base I realized my tabs are too long so I had to cut another identical base

Step4: Paint & Assembly

  • Glue your graphic cut outs on the the letters
  • glue your two bases together
