Information
Laser cut multi layer wood pieces of cross and paint(if required) and finally glue them up. Hang them up on your door or room as decor. Size approx 195x135mm assembled.
Instruction
Step1: Prep your material
Prepare 3mm ply wood measure 400x200mm size plywood and place on the base.
Step2: Focus and set the settings.
You may key in your own setting parameters if you have done your own test cut settings.
For my own plywood cut settings and air assist turn on it must be 60% 10mm/s. My own settings might not work on your materials as the source of wood might be different.(Do test your cut settings)
Press on the ruler to set the focus point.
Step3: Framing ..framing
Before hitting the process button make sure you hit the framing buttom to make sure that the laser is cutting within the plywood on the base.
Step4: Hit Process
Send the file over to your machine and press the button on the machine to start the process of cutting.
Step5: Assemble the layers
You may use acrylic paint to paint on each layers.
I am using Americana Acrylics for this project. Let dry and glue each layer up.
Let dry for 12 hours and may hung them up.
